ORIGINS FEEL GOOD CANDLE

I have been a sucker for a candle recently, my house has been decorated with votives, gorgeous scents and even a rotary candle holder, it must be that time of year! Obviously in the winter months it's so nice to light a few candles and feel cosy whilst the room is filled with warming fragrance. When I saw Origins was releasing a Christmassy candle I knew I wanted it! I must have missed out the first time around as when I went on the website I had to enter my details so they could email me when it was back in stock, so it must be a popular choice. Origins has to be one of my favourite skincare brands, so I’m always excited about new releases. The Feel Good Candle is scented with pine, spruce and orange, which just reminds me of Christmas straight away and is perfect near the Christmas tree to get you in the festive mood. This candle would be great if you want your house to smell like a Christmas Tree but you only have an artificial tree. The candle celebrates the Global Releaf 25th Anniversary with the ‘Give & Give Back’ campaign which promises to plant a tree on your behalf when you make a purchase of the candle or a bauble ornament. The candle comes in such clever packaging; the glass container is actually recycled from a wine bottle. The wax is 100% Soy Wax and the wick is 100% cotton. With my online order I also received a free eco-chi tote. I have received one of these before and use it all the time so I was pleased with the added extra. It’s nice to give a little something back around Christmas time and it’s always nice to get something out of it as well. The candle is limited edition and is priced at £35.00. It would make a perfect present or even just a treat for yourself. I will definitely be reusing the glass jar after all the wax has been burnt and maybe use it for my make-up brushes.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVE PYJAMAS

It's always been a tradition to wear new pyjamas on Christmas Eve. I thought I would put together my festive favourites currently from the High Street. I'm a little obsessed with Gingerbread men every Christmas, so they tend to feature a lot, I can't resist the cuteness.
Asos Christmas Snowman Print Vest & Legging Pyjama Set, £24.00 - Me and my sister have actually brought each other these pyjamas for Christmas this year, they were my favourite pair from Asos. I really like the skiing snowman print! I don't normally like a vest style as my arms get cold, but this print is too cute to miss! We will definitely be sporting these on Christmas Eve. There is also a matching jersey dressing gown which I might have to purchase as well.
Cath Kidston Christmas Nightwear Sweat Top, £35.00 / Christmas Flannel Long PJ Bottoms, £26.00 - These Cath Kidston pyjamas are right up my street. They're quite a lot more than I would normally spend on pyjamas, but I will definitely be looking out for these in the sale. I can imagine they're great quality, the bottoms would be so comfortable and they have so many cute designs including; penguins and a ditsy Christmas print, they would also be ideal for a present! The sweater could also be worn throughout the day just relaxing at home, not just for bedtime.
F&F Gingerbread man Fleece Christmas Onesie, £12.00 - I am all about the onesie, they are the ultimate comfortable clothing during the winter months. This one from Tesco is so affordable and of course has my favourite print all over it. I am making it my mission to pick this up before Christmas. They also have some matching Slipper Socks which look ever so cosy.
BHS Red Gingerbread Placement Pyjama Set, £25.00 - Another cute pair of Gingerbread man pyjamas! These are currently on offer, I just love the print on the trousers and the red is so festive! BHS also have some matching socks, these 3D Sock in a Box are an ideal Secret Santa gift!
Next Navy Gingerbread man Pyjamas, £16.00 - Next have a couple of Gingerbread man printed styles. I like the relaxed fit of these and they aren't so Christmassy that you could wear them all year round. They also have a cute pair of Character Socks that might just have to make their way into my basket.
Primark is also a great place to get pyjamas from, most of my pyjamas are from there.
Which are your favourite Christmas pyjamas?

SOAP & GLORY - ONE HECK OF A BLOT PRIMER & FOUNDATION

With a lot of brands, I have to try the newest products available as soon as possible. Anyone who has read my blog before will know I’m a massive fan of Soap & Glory and I constantly have one of their Shower gels on the go and have a never ending Blusher which doesn’t seem to be ending for an empties post any time soon even though I use it most days. Soap & Glory have recently added to their make-up line One Heck of a Blot. I have been using the powder of this range for a while now as I loved the Kick Ass Powder from the brand so much. They have added a primer and a foundation to the One Heck of a Blot range and I grabbed them at my local Boots when they were on a 3 for 2 offer.
I always use a primer before applying my make-up as I have quite an oily forehead and I try and hold on to my make-up for as long as possible throughout the day. The Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Instant-Perfecting Power Primer claims to instantly shrink pores and perfect the skin. It’s suitable for all skin types, but it’s most suited for people with Oily/Combination skin who are looking to keep the shine controlled and hide imperfections. It evens out your skin tone and reduces the appearance of redness, which I definitely like about it. The primer reminds me of the Rimmel Fix and Perfect Pro Primer which I have really enjoyed in the past. I find that my make-up does stay around for longer when using this product, instead of using a foundation straight onto my skin. You can also use it over make-up similarly to the Benefit Porefessional where you can touch up throughout the day. I don’t tend to do this, but I guess it’s a great pro if you’re out for the whole day. I really like the tube design it looks a lot more expensive than it actually is and you get a good 30ml size for £10.00, I would definitely repurchase this.
I also purchased the Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot All Day Liquid-to-Powder Foundation. This foundation claims to give a full coverage flawless finish, It contains Shine-Bloc 12hr Long wear Technology so the base stays around all day whatever you may be doing. It also has Super-Blur Powders which help to blur away the appearance of pores, imperfections and redness. I find this foundation is more of a cream than a liquid, I’m not used to such a thick base so I found it hard to work with at first. It comes in four shades; Fair Enough, Cool Sand, Happy Medium and Caramel. So not the widest range of shades, but I’m the shade Fair Enough which is a little too dark for my skin tone. Again, this foundation is suited for oily skin and it does look great once you have buffed it in. I did find during the day the foundation was collecting in certain areas especially on my forehead where I am most oily. It was like the foundation was just sitting on the surface and needed to be buffed in some more. It does feel nice on the skin, really lightweight even though it’s such a full coverage. I still do set my make-up with the One Heck of a Blot Powder. I think I need to try the foundation in a few other ways, maybe applying with my fingers or just top up my powder throughout the day. It’s priced at £12.00 for 30ml, so at the high end of the High Street foundations but you can always find some sort of offer.
I have to say the powder is still my favourite product from the One Heck of a Blot line. It’s velvety, translucent and absorbs oil from my skin straight away for a matte finish. Soap & Glory are currently offering a great gift with purchase when you spend £15 on make-up including; a mascara, my favourite everyday blusher and a gloss stick! Have you tried Soap & Glory make-up?

CONVERSE THE CHUCK TAYLOR ALL STAR II OX TRAINERS

I am a big fan of Converse trainers, they're about the only trainers I wear outside the gym. I have had about five pairs over my lifetime and still have the very first pair I ever bought. It seems Converse last such a long time and any time I feel they're looking a bit sorry for themselves I just pop them in the washing machine and they come out looking as good as new. They're fashionable, comfortable and easy to wear on more casual days.
Recently, I was lucky enough to receive this pair of Converse Chuck II OX Trainers by winning a competition in association with Look Magazine and JD Sports. When I first saw the Chuck II's were released I knew I wanted a pair, but I couldn't justify getting another pair of Converse right now. But I'm so glad to of won the competition and I know I will get so much use out of them, my other trainers have definitely took a back seat. I had four different colourways/styles to choose from and I chose the black and white ox trainers as I already own a black and white Hi-top version and wanted something a little bit different.
This is the first revamp of the classic design. They take the iconic silhouette of the original trainers and have giving the shoes an overhaul. The new look trainers are lined with micro-suede for enhanced comfort and the tongue has been refreshed with non-slip padding. The midsole has been fitted with Lunarlon technology which is soft, resilient and cushioning to the foot. I did wonder the first time I tried putting them on if my normal size would actually fit because the sock has such a thick foam layer that there is less space between the sock and the upper. I have read on other sites that they did need to size up but my normal size is roomy enough, I think it's just getting the trainer on as it has an elasticated tongue. The sole is so comfortable I can imagine my normal Converse are going to feel wierd after walking around in these. I'm really impressed with the quality of these shoes, definitely what you would expect and more from Converse.
What do you think of the new Converse?

LUSH CHRISTMAS - STAR DUST BATH BOMB

I love trying new bath products from Lush, I’m always excited about new arrivals and have to try them out at least once. There are so many products I am yet to try! Star Dust is a new bath bomb this Christmas, it may look quite simple from the outside but I was eager to see what this one did in the bath. Star Dust is shaped like a star and reminds me of the silver glitter bath melt from other years, which hasn't come back this year. I must admit I picked up this one because of the cute shape, but it also reminds me of Butterball which is one of my favourites.
I was quite disappointed on how quickly this bath bomb dissolved, it wasn’t around for very long. I’m not sure if this was to do with having the water too hot, (as it was warmer than usual) but it was over so fast. Once the bath bomb touched the water the bath bomb started to turn the water an ice blue colour, with a layer of white foam over the top of the water which looked just like snow. Then the best bit was lots of multi-coloured stars coming to the surface, which filled the bath with confetti. These little stars were moisturising on my skin and I liked the way they looked pretty in the bath.
The bath bomb has a very simple scent. It contains sweet Fair Trade Ugandan Vanilla and Rosewood oil. As well as Bergamot oil to uplift and cleanse your body and mind. I really liked the fragrance of this one it wasn’t too much, just enough to fragrance and comfort the skin. The oils definitely softened my skin. Lush say on their website that this would be a great one to pamper yourself with after a Christmas party. I can also imagine children liking this one, they would be amazed by the tiny stars appearing out of nowhere and the scent is gentle enough for their skin.
This bath bomb is priced at £2.95, which is a little cheaper than your average Lush bath bomb. But I think the price is reflected on how long it lasts in the bath. I would be interested in trying it again, but I don’t think it’s my favourite Christmas bath bomb.

MARC JACOBS DECADENCE EAU DE PARFUM

Marc Jacobs know how to do fragrance! Their bottle designs are always on point, I’ve always liked the Lola scents and my sister is obsessed with Daisy, but maybe just a little too sweet for me. Decadence is the newest fragrance to their perfume line and is targeted to a more mature individual than his other scents. The bottle is just gorgeous, inspired by one of Marc’s iconic handbag shapes. I am a big on handbags so this bottle is made for me. It’s very glamorous in emerald green with a python patterned lid, it would go perfect with any outfit. Of course it looks stylish on my dressing table and I've been using it everyday since I got it.
The scent itself is woody and sensual and symbolises the ultimate in feminine glamour and sophistication. I can’t get enough of the scent, I would say it’s more of an evening fragrance but I would happily wear this all day long. But I think you can tell it's still a Marc Jacobs scent straight away. The scent contains Italian Plum, rich Bulgarian Rose and Liquid Amber. The rich and elegant formulation was created in collaboration with perfumer Annie Buzantian and Ann Gottlieb. It also contains Saffron, Iris, Sambac Jasmine, Orris Root, Vetiver and Papyrus Wood. I also like the packaging it comes in, a velvet emerald green box to match the bottle, I think I'm going to have trouble throwing this away.
I have the 30ml bottle which has a chain, but the bigger bottles also have a black tassel attached to them, It’s a new level of luxury! The 30ml bottle is £49.oo so it is a treat, but there's also a Christmas Gift Set with the 50ml bottle of perfume. I like quirky fragrances, something a little bit different which you aren’t going to smell in the street every day. When I do wear it, it seems to stay around all day. There is also a shower gel and body lotion in the range which would make the fragrance stay around for even longer. This would be great as a winter fragrance to wear at parties, I can see myself using this scent up quite quickly as I have already made quite a dent!

BENEFIT AIR PATROL BB CREAM EYELID PRIMER

Benefit are known for their quirky packaging and individual products. Air Patrol is their newest product to the range which is an eye primer. I normally use the Urban Decay Primer Potion to prime my eyes or currently I'm using the Soap & Glory It's About Prime, but the Benefit version is a little different. It contains an SPF 20 which helps guard your delicate eyelids against the sun, smoke and pollutants. I normally like to apply a concealer and an eyeshadow primer before applying eyeshadow on top, but this is like two products in one and means I can miss a step in my routine. The BB Cream hides any blue veins or redness around your eyes and you could even use it under your eyes to hide dark circles. It also helps to extend the wear of eyeshadow and doesn’t crease or fade throughout the day. The product actually makes my eyeshadow appear more pigmented and this colour stays around all day.
You use the product by clicking the bottom of the pen and the formula appears on the silicone tip at the top. The cushion tip is pressure free which means it’s softer than your finger so you protect the thin skin around your eye to prevent wrinkles and fine lines. You then massage the formulation onto the eyelid and evenly blend. If you’re not using eyeshadow you can still use Air Patrol alone as the shade gives a natural-looking colour correction on all skintones. This actually works with my pale natural tone but I’m not sure if it will work on darker skin tones as well. I don't feel like I have to touch up my eyeshadow when using Air Patrol and I don't have to smooth out any creasing during the day like I normally do. The formula is quite light on the eyes and gives your skin a satin finish.
I have found with continual use that my eye area is hydrated, I have dry eyes but this product doesn’t seem to irritate them at all. I haven't really come across a product like this, which protects your eyes from sun damage, normally it's lip products which get more care. I guess it's not a necessity, but it's a nice product to use especially in the Summer months.
I actually purchased this product from Birchbox for £1.50 as I had £20.00 worth of Birchbox points to spend. I thought it was the ideal opportunity to try a new product from Benefit. I’m not sure how long this product will last but you do only need a tiny amount per eye. I'm not sure I would run out and repurchase it if I ran out, but it's a nice little extra product to add to my make-up bag. I think this product is probably more suited to women older than Benefit's normal target market because of the smoothing benefits, but we've all got to take care of our eyes!

LUSH SEASONAL CHRISTMAS HAUL

Last week I managed to make a quick trip to Lush Oxford Street, I was quite restraint but picked up some brand new and a couple of older products that I hadn’t tried before.
So White Bath Bomb £3.65 – I can’t remember actually using this bath bomb before, but I know it is a popular one come Christmas time. It might look boring from the outside, it reminds me of a snowball, but I’ve heard it contains a pink centre. I know they did have a shower gel version of this scent but they haven’t brought that back this year. The scent is bergamot and rose which gives it a crisp apple scent
Peeping Santa Bubble Bar £3.95 – This is a brand new product for this year and it’s so cute! I would definitely use this in two pieces like a bubbleroon. The middle contains shea butter and cocoa butter and he has two dairy free chocolate drop eyes, as well as heart shaped confetti on his hat. I love the strawberry scent which also contains sweet bergamot and geranium oils. You crumble this under running water to create lots of bubbles as well as it making a red tint to the bath water. I will certainly be picking up more of these Santa’s.
Snow Angel Bath Melt £3.95 – Another Lush favourite which I can’t remember trying. This product is packed full of gold glitter and has a marzipan, rose and cassie absolute scent. I haven’t tried many bath melts before but I can imagine this one lasts a while floating on top of the bath. If you don’t like glitter everywhere, I guess this isn’t the one for you, but it’s adorable so I had to try it for myself. The Snow Angel dissolves into a blanket of white foam so It looks like snow on top of your bath. This formula is also really moisturising on the skin as it contains fair trade cocoa butter. You could certainly get a couple of baths out of this and a great one to use on dry skin that needs some love.
Yog Nog Bath Bomb £3.95 – This bath bomb smells amazing! I think this might be my new favourite and I haven’t even used it yet. It contains organic shea butter, clove bud oil, ylang ylang oil and soya milk powder and smells just like christmas, it’s spicy and creamy. If you like sweet toffee scents you’re going to like this, it turns the bath gold and has a touch of lustre.
Star Dust Bath Bomb £2.95Another one I’m excited about! This again is a new bath bomb and doesn’t look anything special from the outside. I love the vanilla scent with rosewood and bergamot oil. But inside are tiny multi-coloured confetti stars, which add something special.
Some of my favourites haven’t come back this year like the Melting Snowman and the Christmas Penguin, but I definitely need to pick up a few old time favourites like Cinders and the Golden Wonder bath bomb nearer to Christmas. I will have to demo and review my favourites from my haul separately. There are also a few gifts which have caught my eye for Christmas, especially the Butterbear Tin and the Christmas Wishes Tin which spins around and plays music.

BOOTS CHRISTMAS WISH LIST 2015

The Boots Christmas gift guide came out last week, I’m always excited as it’s the first thing of the year that makes me feel Christmassy. I’ve looked through the gift guide and online and collated my favourite offerings from this year! Boots have definitely upped their game with their guide this year, it definitely looks more of a glossy magazine. Most of these gift sets are in the mix and match 3 for 2 offer so you can pick up some great bargains for your friends, family or even treat yourself!
Champneys Relaxation Hamper, £60.00 – I’m hoping this one will be on star gift offer one week! Champneys have recently updated their range and packaging and I love the new look. Inside the hamper you get lots of pampering treats including; Heavenly Days Relaxing Bubble Heaven, Butter Souffle, Shower Cream and a candle. The Harmonious Hands Restoring Hand and Nail Cream SPF 15, Barefoot Beauty Restoring Foot Butter and a pair of cosy socks. The hamper is great to use after all the products have gone, I would definitely use it for my Lush bath bombs.
Soap & Glory Belle of the Ball, £12.00 – I normally wait for the Soap & Glory star gift to go on offer. But this year this gift set has caught my eye. I love the massive bauble packaging and the range inside is my favourite scent from Soap & Glory - Smoothie Star. The set includes; a body wash, the Breakfast Scrub body smoother, a body buttercream and Hand Food hand cream. I love the pistachio, almond and sweet vanilla scent.
Benefit You’re so Party Set, £39.50 – Benefit always do fun Christmas gift sets, this year they have quite a bright Pop Art theme packaging and there are three different designs of tins to choose from. My favourite is the pink tin which includes the they’re real mascara, the hoola bronzing powder, a mini size of the POREfessional primer and a mini ultra plush lip gloss mini in the shade hoola.
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser Xmas Edition, Sweet Orange & Mint, £9.75 – Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser has to be one of my favourite cleansers to use and I have tried a lot of the different limited edition scents. I was eager to try this limited edition version when it first came out last year but never got the chance. This bottle is a smaller size than the normal sized tube, so it’s great as a try me gift or to travel with. The cleanser also comes with one pure muslin cloth with a gold trim. The fragrance is a combination of zesty sweet orange oil with the refreshing aroma of mint which is energising and great to use in the mornings to wake you up.
So Snug Gingerbread PJ Set, £18.00 – Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with anything Gingerbread related when Christmas comes around. I managed to pick up a pair of pyjama’s from Sainsbury’s last Christmas, but these are just so cute! I also love the Gingerbread house packaging that they come in. This brand always do some great things at Christmas, I remember one year I received some socks in a bauble. The vest top and trousers are made from single jersey so they’re comfortable and snuggly to wear.
So Snug Gingerbread Socks, £5.00 – Also with the Gingerbread theme are these matching socks. This would be a really great present as a stocking filler or a secret Santa!
Bareminerals Precious Gen Lip Oil-Balm Trio, £25.00 – These balms are formulated with passion fruit seed oil with Vitamin E, they’re moisturising, shiny and leave a tint of colour on the lips. This set contains Blueberry Pop, Pink Passion and Nude Passion. I have been wanting to try these since they came out, so this is a great way of trying them.
Malibu Kilner Jar, £10.00 – Not beauty related, but something that caught my eye are these Kilner Jars. I have been after some Kilner Jars for a while and these ones have been teamed with your favourite alcoholic drinks. Another present which would be great as a stocking filler, they also do a Smirnoff Vodka version in a red shade instead of the green.
Boots Star Gift this week is the Smashbox #Shapematters 3 in 1 Contouring Palette, which is half price at £30.00. I will be popping one of those in my basket, looks like a great palette!

REAL TECHNIQUES BOLD METALS COLLECTION MAKEUP BRUSHES

Real Techniques have to be my favourite high street make-up brush line on the market. I have tried pretty much every single one of their base line brushes and this year they released a more premium line called the Bold Metals collection. This range is a little pricier than their first range and the design of the brushes is higher end and better quality. The collection consists of seven brushes so far, I currently have five of them. The collection consists of face, eye and finishing brushes and the handles are coloured gold, rose gold and silver depending what use they have. The bristles are a lot softer than the original brushes, they’re weighted for control and comfort and the shape means they stay in place when you put them down instead of rolling off your dressing table.
The first brush I bought and my favourite from the range is the 301 Flat Contour Brush. This brush creates shadows and highlights on targeted areas of the face, I’m most likely to use this brush with a powder bronzer or highlight to create structure to the face. Also in the finishing range is the 300 Tapered Blush Brush. I like to use this brush with either cream or powder blushes on my cheeks.
I have all three eye brushes, my favourite one has to be the 200 Oval Shadow Brush. This brush is great to pack on the shadow, it’s full and round shaped which allows you to cover the whole lid in one sweep. I then blend into the crease with the 201 Pointed Crease Brush, which is a densely packed brush with tapered bristles and gets right into the outer corner of your eye to create so many smokey eye looks, I also like to bring this one underneath the eye for more definition. The final eye brush in the collection so far is the 202 Angled Liner Brush which is a slanted bristle brush that is great to use with eye liner to get close to the lash line but also could be used with eyebrow products.
There are also two face brushes which I am yet to purchase, but looking forward to adding them to my collection. The 100 Arched Powder Brush which is domed in shape and great to apply press or loose powders. There is also the 101 Triangle Foundation Brush which is unlike any brush from the original collection. The brush has large flat edges which are ideal to cover the face as well as getting in the hard to reach places like around the eyes and nose.
Have you tried the Bold Metals collection? What's your favourite brush?

LUSH YOGA BOMB BATH BOMB

I get round to using a Lush bath bomb about once a week, so at the weekend I brought out a bath bomb I hadn’t tried before the Yoga Bomb which is a newish product and first released in the Oxford Street store. This bath product is bright orange in colour on the outside and is your basic round shape, nothing amazing from the outside. This bath bomb lasts a little longer than your average bath bomb, because of its name it slowly fizzes around your bath and takes about 20 minutes to melt completely and you are left with golden coloured water. After all the orange shade has filled your bath you discover a white, turquoise and purple layer underneath. The formula contains sandalwood oil to sooth the skin and I have to say my skin felt lovely and silky during and after my bath. The bomb is also packed with tonnes of gold glitter, so much I could actually see the sparkles on my skin afterwards, but I don’t mind that. The formula also contains oilbanum and ho wood which relaxes you as well as fragrance the whole room. I like the mix of the woody and floral scents, it’s the kind of fragrance I would wear in a perfume. It’s definitely a nice one to use if you know you’ve got a while to spend time in the bathroom or after you exercise to ease your muscles, it’s comforting as well as being uplifting at the same time. My inside layer didn’t seem to give off as much colour as the one demoed on the website, I think because there is so much orange, the other colours didn’t show up as much. I would definitely say this bath bomb is worth the price tag at £3.95 as it stays around for so long. It certainly looks like an average bath bomb from the outside, but sometimes it’s those kinds of products which are the best, I surely will be buying this one again!
I’m very excited about the release of the new Seasonal collection at Oxford Street last week, which will be rolling out to all stores from Friday. I’m off to London this weekend, so maybe will have to take a little trip to Lush and pick some new things up.
What's your favourite product from the Christmas range? Have you tried Yoga Bomb yet?

BAIE BOTANIQUE ROSE RENEW ANTI-AGEING SERUM

Baie Botanique isn’t a brand I had heard of before but after my sister and her friends had raved about this product I had to try it for myself. Baie Botanique’s primary vision is to create a powerful botanical skin care range loaded with pure and natural ingredients with a high organic content. Not all of my skincare products are organic and natural but it’s nice to use products I know will be gentle on the skin, have high quality ingredients but still be affordable to my bank balance.
The Rose Renew Regenerating Anti-Ageing Serum claims to keep your skin looking younger naturally. It improves skin’s elasticity and structure by securing moisture in the skin. It softens, brightens and enhances your overall complexion. It also increases cell turnover and collagen production improving skin tone. It also combats the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time. The formula is a lightweight gel which allows for easy application and sinks into the skin easily. My skin feels plump, hydrated, soft and smoothed after use. The serum is suitable for all skin types and is 70% organic.
This serum is packed full of great ingredients; Rosewater, Rose Absolute, Rosehip Seed Oil, 10% plant Based Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, Kojic Acid and Glycolic Acid. The rosewater in the serum acts as a toning effect, so it’s like a 2 in 1 product, but I would normally tone before using anyway. The Rose Renew line focuses on using the intense yet subtle power of Rose to deeply regenerate and bring about a healthy, glowing and radiant complexion. The hyaluronic acid helps boost the skin’s hydration levels. I'm a big fan of anything with hyaluronic acid in, my skin just drinks it up. The serum is vegan certified and cruelty free so you can use it and know no animal testing has been used. I like the pump bottle and it provides just enough product for my face in two pumps. I like to tap this into my face and neck and it definitely makes my moisturiser sink in better when using this serum. I'm most likely to use a serum in my night time skincare routine and it doesn't make my combination skin, greasy or oily at all. I have found that my pores look less noticeable and any redness goes down after using. I can't really comment about the anti-ageing aspect, but I guess we will see over time.
The brand also has a Rose Renew Face Cream which will be launching in October and a Face Wash launching in November. The next products in the range to follow early next year are a Eye Cream, a Face Mask, a Facial Oil and Cleansing Milk. I have to say, Rose is one of my favourite scents, so I can't get enough of the fragrance. But as you only need a small amount so I can see this bottle lasting me for a while. You can get 20% off this serum at Amazon with the code BAIEROSE. The product is already on offer, so it’s a great introductory price to the market. I really like the simple look of the packaging and can't wait to try something else from the range!
